There are 2 ways you can use the Bulk Import function:
- Upload user details
- Extract existing user information
I. Adding User Details
To bulk upload users on the account, you can utilize the Bulk Import feature by downloading the blank file and filling out the necessary details.
Step 1: Log in to the account(as SuperAdmin) and click the dropdown
Step 2: Click User Admin
Step 3: Click on
Step 4: Click on
A blank Excel file will be downloaded. Fill in the employee details and once done, save the file.
Step 5: Drop the file into the field or click the box to upload.
Step 6: Click on
*If import is successful, the details of the new users will be uploaded.
II. Extract existing user information
Another feature is you can extract a file with all the existing employee details. This will allow you to download all the user information in one go.
(Kindly follow steps 1-3 above, then continue with step 4 below:)
Step 4: Click on
This will download an Excel file which will contain existing staff details already on the account.
Step 5: Save the File.
