As a SuperAdmin, you can manage user licenses directly from your account. This feature is available to customers subscribed to the Base, Essentials, and Growth plans.

How to Add a License
Step 1: Log in to your account using the SuperAdmin profile.
Step 2: Click on your profile name and select User Admin.
Step 3: Under the Employee Details tab, navigate to Billing Overview.
Step 4: Click .
Step 5: In the pop-up window that appears, enter the number of additional licenses you require.
Step 6: Click to proceed.
Step 7: Review the confirmation pop-up and click the button to confirm.
Your licenses will be increased immediately.
Billing Overview Dashboard
The Billing Overview dashboard gives you a snapshot of your current subscription and usage.

| Start Date | The date your current price plan took effect. |
| Next Billing Date | The date of your next billing cycle. |
| Term | Your billing frequency (e.g., monthly or yearly). |
| Plan | Your current plan type: Base, Essentials, or Growth. |
| Active Users | Total number of currently active users on the account. |
| Minimum Users | The minimum number of users stipulated in your Service Agreement for the commitment period. |
| Available Licenses | The number of slots available for additional users (Total Licenses − Active Users). |
| Total Licenses | The total number of licenses included in your current subscription. |
Payment Details
This section allows you to pay by credit or debit card. Enter your card details as shown below:
To update your card, click the icon to edit your payment details.
Billing and Proration
When you increase your license count, an invoice is generated and sent to you immediately. The charge is prorated based on the date the additional licenses were added.
The examples below illustrate how proration is calculated.
Example 1 — Monthly Plan
- Contract period: 1 Jan 2022 – 31 Dec 2022
- Action: Add 1 license on 25 Aug 2022 (unit price: $x.xx / license)
- Charge: Prorated from 25 Aug to 31 Aug 2022 (7 days out of 31)
- Formula: $x.xx × 7 ÷ 31 = $xx
Example 2 — Yearly Plan
- Contract period: 1 Jan 2022 – 31 Dec 2022
- Action: Add 1 license on 25 Aug 2022 (annual price: $xx / license)
- Charge: Prorated from 25 Aug to 31 Dec 2022 (129 days out of 365)
- Formula: $xx × 129 ÷ 365 = $xx
