Employers in Singapore are able to submit claims for Government-Paid Childcare Leave (GPCL) and Extended Childcare Leave (ECL) to the government via the GPL Portal. To make this process easier, JustLogin provides pre-filled claim forms that you can download and submit to the GPL Portal.
These forms will pre-fill key employee and leave details, saving you time and reducing manual entry errors.
How to Download GPCL/ECL Forms from JustLogin
Step 1: Navigate to 'Leave Module'
Step 2: then click on 'Administration'.
Step 3: Click the the ' tab to access the form generation tool.
This section is where you can generate the pre-filled forms for employees who have applied for either GPCL or ECL within the selected year
Step 4: Select the 'year' and the 'Leave type'

GPCL – Government-Paid Childcare Leave (for children under 7 years old)

ECL – Extended Childcare Leave (for children aged 7–12)
Step 5: Click 'Go' to generate the list of employees who have taken leave under the selected type and year.
Step 6: You'll now see a list of employees who have taken the selected leave type. For each employee, you can:

- Click the download icon to get the pre-filled PDF form.

- Click the PDF icon to preview the form in your browser before downloading.
The PDF document will look like this:
Step 7: If you need to mass download multiple forms at once:

Tick the checkbox next to each employee’s name.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Download.
This will generate a ZIP file containing all selected forms.
📌 Reminders

These forms are to be submitted manually to the Government-Paid Leave Portal by the employer.

Claims must be submitted no later than 3 months after the last day of the calendar year

If you notice any missing or incorrect data in the form, you can update it manually before submission.
