Understanding the Results

Balance at Last Day

This column displays the employee's remaining leave balance as at their cessation date. Use this figure to determine any leave encashment owed to the employee, or any leave liability that needs to be recovered.

Note: If the Balance at Last Day shows a negative value, the employee has taken more leave than their entitled balance. This over-utilisation may need to be recovered or adjusted in the employee's final payroll.

Automatic Profile Deactivation

When the auto-deactivate option (Step 6) is enabled, the employee's JustLogin user account will be automatically deactivated at the end of their cessation date. This prevents the employee from logging in after their last day without requiring any further manual action from the administrator.

Tip: It is recommended to process resignations before the employee's last day to ensure that leave records and payroll calculations are accurate and finalised on time.
