The Approving History will appear in the account where the Approver was logged in at the time of approval — even if the leave request originated from another company.
Example Scenario:
Let’s say John is an Approver for both Company A and Company B.
His default login is set to Company A.
If a staff from Company B submits a leave request and John approves it via email (while still logged into Company A), the approval record will appear in the Approving History of Company A, not Company B.
What This Means:
To view the leave approvals he has made, John must log into the company account he was using at the time of approval - in this case, Company A.
