Approvers have three convenient methods to approve or reject leave applications in JustLogin:

Via Email

Via Web Browser

Via the Mobile App

📧 Method 1: Approving via Email
Note: This option is only available if the administrator has enabled the “Approve via Email” setting.
Step 1: When a leave request is submitted, the Approver will receive an email notification.
Step 2: From the email, click either Approve or Reject as needed.

🌐 Method 2: Approving via Web Browser
Step 1: Log in to your JustLogin account.
Step 2: On the Leave Dashboard, click on the Pending Approvals section.
Step 3: You will see a list of leave requests. Click the Approve or Reject button next to each request.
📱 Method 3: Approving via Mobile App
*Note: Ensure Push Notifications are enabled on your mobile device to receive alerts.
Step 1: When a leave request is submitted, you’ll receive a push notification on your mobile device.
Step 2: Open the JustLogin mobile app and tap the bell icon (🔔) in the top right corner. A red dot indicates a new notification.
Step 3: Tap the notification to view the leave request.
Step 4: Tap Approve or Reject as appropriate.
