Step 8: Please input the Grade Name and Grade Description and then click onmceclip11.pngto save.

NOTE: Once the Grade Name is already saved, you cannot edit it anymore. You can only amend/edit the Grade Description.

Step 9: After you have created your leave grades, it’s time to set up the entitlement based on the grades created. Click on the mceclip12.pngtab at the top

Step 10: Please input the leave entitlement based on the number of years of service for each of the grade created

Step 11: Do not forget to click on mceclip13.pngevery time you complete each grade to save your settings.

Step 12: Lastly, you will need to assign the different leave grades to each of your staff. Please go to the mceclip14.pngsection

Step 13: Look for the mceclip15.pngtab at the top

Step 14: Under the Grade column, assign the leave grades to each staff and click on mceclip17.png

NOTE: If you see that the Yearly Entitlement column has a green background, that means that the entitlement set is not the same as what the system computed. Please double check your configuration again (verify the leave grades created as well as the entitlement set for each grade) After verifying, go back to the Entitlement and Details page, select the appropriate staff, and click Recalculate to correct it.
