Submitting MPF Contributions via eMPF

The eMPF file allows you to submit your employees’ MPF contribution details directly through the system.
This eliminates the need to manually create and upload separate files for each MPF trustee.
With a single eMPF file containing contribution data for all trustees linked to your company, the submission process becomes more efficient while minimizing errors and duplication.

Step 1: Navigate to Payroll Module ➜    ➜     ➜ select eMPF.

Step 2: Click on eMPF and fill in all required information.

Step 3: Click  on

Once you click on 'Generate File' you will see a new row of information added on the bottom of the screen:

After the system has generated the information, you will be able to see 2 button under the eMPF submission column. The options allow you to download the template file and submit it manually or do a direct submission through eMPF board.

  • Manual Submission – Download the MPF template file (in CSV format) and upload it manually through the eMPF portal. To download the file, click on the Download icon

  • e-Submission – Submit directly to eMPF Board from JustLogin. To proceed, click on the Direct Submission icon

Step 4: Once you click Direct Submission, you’ll be redirected to the official eMPF portal. Log in with your company’s credentials to continue.

Step 5: After logging in successfully, you will see the confirmation page shown below, indicating that the MPF submission has been completed successfully.

Step 6: You will then be redirected to a page displaying your Submission ID, highlighted in green.
Please keep this ID for future reference, as it can be used to track or verify your submission with the MPF Board.

Step 7: Click on   to return to your eMPF homepage.

Step 8: To check your eMPF submission status, click the View icon under the “eMPF Submission” section.

You will be directed to the next page, where the Submission ID will be displayed.

If there is an issue with the eMPF file submission, the error will be displayed in the “Failure Explanation” column.

If you have previously logged into the MPF portal with your credentials, you can generate and submit a new eMPF file to correct the error without needing to log in to the eMPF portal again.
