Assign a Color to a Shift

Introduction:

Assigning different colors per shift will be easier and more efficient for the Attendance Administrator to identify what shift the staff is assigned to when on the Manage Roster page.

Steps

Step 1: Click on mceclip0.png

Step 2: Click on  mceclip1.png

Step 3: Click on mceclip2.png

You will see this page:

Step 4: Click on the mceclip4.png icon beside the shift you want to assign a color.

Step 5: Look for this field: mceclip5.png

Step 6: Click on the box so that the color options will appear

Step 7: Click on the color you want to assign. Color should appear inside the box

Step 8: Once done, don't forget to click on mceclip7.png

Step 9: If this shift has already been assigned to a staff, the color should reflect accordingly on the Manage Roster Page:

Note: If you wish to return back to the default color just choose as per photo 

                        mceclip9.png
