The Scheduled Overtime feature allows admins to submit overtime (OT) requests on behalf of employees without requiring approval. This is meant to give admins flexibility to manage OT when necessary.

Admins can submit requests in two ways:
- Individually (one at a time)
- In bulk via Excel import
Prerequisites
Before using Scheduled Overtime, ensure the following settings are configured:

OT Settings:
- In Configuration, set OT to either 'End-Time' or 'Standard-Time.'
- Employees with OT set to 'None' or 'Weekly' will not appear on the Scheduled Overtime page.
- In Configuration, set OT to either 'End-Time' or 'Standard-Time.'

Enable OT Request
- Go to Configuration → Advanced Settings and ensure that “Enable OT Request” is turned on.
- Go to Configuration → Advanced Settings and ensure that “Enable OT Request” is turned on.
Once enabled, a new 'Scheduled Overtime tab' will appear under Administration.
Key Rules
- All admin-submitted requests are auto-approved (bypassing the normal approval flow).
- If an employee has already submitted an OT request for a period, the admin cannot submit for the same period (and vice versa).
- The Scheduled Overtime tab will appear even if there are no approvers set up.
How to Submit Scheduled Overtime
Method 1: Submit Individually
Submit overtime for one employee at a time.
Method 2: Submit for Multiple Employees
Select multiple employees and apply overtime for the same day.
Method 3: Bulk Import via Excel
Step 1: Go to Overtime Scheduled → Import
Step 2: Click Download Template
Step 3: Fill in the required details in the file following the same format.
Step 4: Save and upload the file, then click Import File. Once successful, a confirmation message will appear.
After Submission

If the reimbursement mode is set to Payment.
- Approved records will show in the Transfer to Payroll tab.
- Approved records will show in the Transfer to Payroll tab.

If the reimbursement mode is set to Time Off.
- Approved records will show in the Transfer to Leave tab.
- Approved records will show in the Transfer to Leave tab.
- All submitted records can be viewed in the Scheduled Overtime History page.
Important notes:
- Remarks will be automatically tagged in the Employee OT Summary to indicate the request was submitted by an admin.
- No email notifications are sent for admin-submitted requests.
- Import is allowed for up to 2 months at a time.
