Attendance Module Reports

In Attendance Module, we offer various of reports: Daily Report, Monthly Detailed Report, Monthly Summary Report, Individual Attendance Report, Photo& Map report and Shift Allowance Report. 

Each report comes with various filter options, allowing you to narrow down your view.

To access the reports, follow these steps:

Step1. Navigate to fsbf'sfd.png.
Step 2. Click on rdfghb.png.

Step 3. Here, you will be able to see the different reports available. Click on the Report Type you would like to generate and use.

1. Daily Report

The daily report allows you to view attendance records for a specific day and is also best for viewing all Safeclock device clock-in/outs.

Step 1: Click on Reports under Attendance.

Step 2: Select the date gdgdfgdfgfg.png.

Step 3: (Optional) Click show address if you want to capture which device is the staff clocking in from.

Step 4: (Optional) include deactivated employees if you wish to include for staff that have been deactivated.

Step 5: Click on Go The system will process the report and upon completion, you should see this

Step 6: Click on Save so you can download the report.

Step 7: Once you click on "Save", you will be prompted to rename the report:

Step 8: Kindly rename and then click onPicture26.png.

Step 9: Go to Picture27.png.

Step 10: Under the Actions column, you can click on the Picture28.png to print/download the report or Picture29.png to delete the report.

2. Monthly Detailed Report

The Monthly Detailed Report allows you to get a detailed breakdown of attendance across the month.

Step 1: Click on rdfghb.png under Attendance.

Step 2: Click on Monthly Detailed Report.

Step 3: Under Report Generation , state the date range of your report at sgfd.png.

Step 4: (Optional) To refine your search based on the name of an employee/department/group.

Step 5: (Optional) Tick on Display working hours based on day types if you want to display weekend/weekday in your report

Step 6: (Optional) Click on include deactivated employeesif you want to include deactivated employees in your report.

Step 7: (Optional) Click on Display working hours based on day types if you want to display off and rest day as well in your report.

Step 8: Click on Go. The system will process the report and upon completion, you should see this.

Step 9: Click onSave so you can download the report.

Step 10: Once you click on "Save", you will be prompted to rename the report:

Step 11: Kindly rename and then click onPicture26.png.

Step 12: Go to Picture27.png.

Step 13: Under the Actions column, you can click on the Picture28.png to print/download the report or Picture29.png to delete the report.

3. Monthly Summary Report

The Monthly Summary Report allows you to view the overall summary of attendance patterns. 

Step 1: Click on rdfghb.png under Attendance.

Step 2: Click on Monthly Summary Report.

Step 3: State the date range of your report at 003.png.

Step 4: (Optional) Click on include deactivated employeesif you want to include deactivated employees in your report.

Step 5: Click on the Go. The system will process the report and upon completion, you should see this.

Step 6: Click on Save so you can download the report.

Step 7: Once you click on "Save", you will be prompted to rename the report:

Step 8: Kindly rename and then click onPicture26.png.

Step 9: Go to Picture27.png.

Step 10: Under the Actions column, you can click on the Picture28.png to print/download the report or Picture29.png to delete the report.

4. Individual Attendance Report

The Individual Attendance Report allows you to review attendance for a selected employee. This differs from the other reports as it will have at the end of each staff a row indicating the calculated value of the number of hours worked (including OT).

Step 1: Click on rdfghb.png under Attendance.

Step 2: Click on Picture73.png.

Step 3: State the date range of your report at 003.png.

Step 4: (Optional) Click on Picture67.pngif you want to include deactivated employees in your report.

Step 5: Click on the Picture68.png. The system will process the report and upon completion, you should see this.

Step 6: Click on Save so you can download the report.

Step 7: Once you click on "Save", you will be prompted to rename the report:

Step 8: Kindly rename and then click onPicture26.png.

Step 9: Go to Picture27.png.

Step 10: Under the Actions column, you can click on the Picture28.png to print/download the report or Picture29.png to delete the report.

5. Photo & Map Report

The Photo & Map Report can be used for clock-in/outs done on mobile to verify with photo and GPS location details.

Step 1: Click on rdfghb.png under Attendance

Step 2: Click on Picture75.png.

Step 3: Refine your search option.

Step 4: Select the date 006.png.

 

Step 5: Click on Picture78.png. The system will generate the photo and map report

6. Shift Allowance Report 

The Shift Allowance report is only available if you have the Shift Allowance feature which allows you to track allowances based on assigned shifts.


Step 1: Click on rdfghb.png under Attendance

Step 2:  Look for the Shift allowance reporttab at the top. This is where you can see the list of staff who are assigned to different shift allowances. 

Step 3: You can indicate the period of coverage in this field:

Step 4: Click on Go.

Step 5: To see how the report will look, click the Print Preview button.  ftbhjk.png

Step 6: Click the Download button to export the report directly to Excel. tbhjn.png
