Introduction
Lock Payrun Feature lets Administrators make the existing payrun not editable. This prevents unnecessary modifications especially once the payrun is final and approved.
Below are the restrictions if the payrun is locked.
- A new payrun cannot be done
- No option to delete an approved payrun
- Payslip release is allowed
However, if a company has more than one Payroll Administrator, other Payroll Admin can still unlock to make changes on the month’s payrun.
