If employees are unable to view their eligible childcare leave entitlement, please verify the following settings:
1. Ensure the child information of the employee is up to date

Step 4: Make sure that you have added the employee's child details on this page. If the child is Singaporean, put a tick under the Pro-Family Leave column. Take note of the Leave Start Year Column as well. The Leave Start year should either be the same as the Year of Birth (based on the Birth Date column) or 1 year after the Year of Birth of the child.
2. Check Childcare & Extended Maternity Leave Settings.

Step 5: Make sure that all the childcare-related leave type options are enabled, the option to allow within 3 months of service is depending on your policy
3. Check the settings for the different Leave Types
Step 1: On page, look for the childcare leave and click the name of the leave
Step 2: You will be brought to another page and please make sure that the setting for married staff is ticked
Please note that if the “married” option is ticked here but not enabled under the Leave - Administration - Entitlement & Details page, the employee will not be able to see this leave type.
