Introduction
There could be instances when we would need to add in a user in one entity into another entity. This article will show you how this can be done in a faster and more efficient manner.
Steps:
NOTE: The superuser of the account will have to do the steps indicated below.
- To generate the data of the existing staff in one entity:
Step 1: Log in to the account
Step 2: Click on the area where you can see your name
Step 3: Click on
Step 4: Go to the tab
Step 5: On the bulk import page, you will be able to download the Excel file of your staffs' existing records for their Basic Details, Leave Details, Payroll Details, and Attendance Details.
- To import the data into another entity, please log in to the other entity and follow steps 1-4
Step 5: Click on the area where you see "Drop File Here"
Step 6: A pop-up window will appear wherein you can select the file you would like to import into the system.
Step 7: Click on the button
Step 8: Once the import has been completed, you should see a notification that it has been successfully done.
NOTE: Please do the same steps for the different modules as necessary.
- If you need to have a record of the leave taken by the employee, follow steps below:
Step 1: Go to
Step 2: Click on
Step 3: Click on the tab.
Step 4: Use the filters based on what information you need the report to show:
Step 5: Click
Step 6: Once the file is generated, click on button on the lower right area of your screen.
Step 7: A pop-up window will appear, scroll down, and hit . You will then be able to get an excel file copy of the report.
- To import the data into the other entity, log in to the other entity, please.
Step 1: Go to
Step 2: Click on
Step 3: Go to tab
Step 4: This is where you can import the data that you have just downloaded from the other entity. Please follow the onscreen instructions.
