Introduction
Some companies have overnight employees and need to clock out the following day. The system can allow these employees to do so. If it happens that they missed clocking out, the Attendance admin can update the next day clock out of the employees in the system.
Steps
Here are the options the admin can do:
Option 1
Step 1: Go to 
Step 2: Click on 
Step 3: Head over to the
tab and choose the date from the calendar

Step 4: Choose what data to view from the Filter by dropdown.

- All clock data - data from all of the employees
- Missing clock data - staff who has missing clock in or clock out
Step 5: After setting the date, click on 
Step 6: The list of staff with their clock in/out data for the date chosen will be displayed on the page.

Step 7: Search for the name of the employee that you need to update the clock in/out for, and then click on the
icon on the right side of the page. This will bring you to a page that looks similar to the image below:

Step 8: Click the clock out time, choose the correct clock out, and press the letter βNβ on your keyboard. (Pressing the letter "N" on your keyboard indicates that it is a next day clock out) Notice that you will see β+1β which is an indicator that this is a next day clock out time.

Step 9: The admin has the option to enter a comment, but it is not a mandatory field. The admin can then click on
to save the changes made and you will see that the page is now updates

Option 2
Step 1: Go to 
Step 2: Click on 
Step 3: Click on the
tab at the top
Step 4: Choose the appropriate option in each field and click on 

Step 5: Once you click on "Fetch", the clock data should show for the period specified

Step 6: Head over to the clock out field of the date you would like to update and enter the clock out time followed by pressing βNβ on your keyboard. (Pressing the letter "N" on your keyboard indicates that it is a next day clock out)
Step 7: The β+1β is an indicator that it is a next day clock out.

Step 8: Scroll down and click on Scroll down and click on
to save the changes done.
