NOTE: Manually adjusting of the Yearly Entitlement and Opening Balance columns are only applicable for accounts created prior to 20 June 2022.
For part-timers who are not entitled to any leave credits, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to the account
Step 2: Go to
Step 3: Click on
Step 4: Go to the tab at the top
Step 5: Select the leave type. On the opening balance column, please input "0" for those staff who are not entitled to that particular leave type.
Step 6: Once done for all your part-timers, please click on
For newer accounts, an alternative option would be to create a Leave Grade with a 0 entitlement.
To create a new Leave grade, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to
Step 2: Click on

Step 4: Click on
Step 5: Add the name of your Leave grade
Step 6: Set the entitlement to zero
Step 7: Assign the part time employees on this Leave Grade
