Introduction
Additional filters on the roster page can now be used by admins. These are filter by Shift and by Site.
Steps
To be able to assign a site in Roster, it must be on a normal roster setting (not split shift) and the below should be checked.
This is found under Advanced Settings from the Configuration page.
Please Note:
- Only Active Shifts/ Sites will be displayed.
- If the employee takes leave AM, PM, Full, that employee will not be included in the count.
- If the employee has multiple clocks in data, the count will still be considered as “1”.
Manage Roster Screen:
Filter By Shift:
If this is selected, it will show the list of all shifts (Shift Name) in the 1st column.
Filter by Shift: Selection of Cell
On the selection of a cell, it will show the list of all employees assigned to the shift. A green tick beside the employee’s name means that the employee has clocked in.
Filter By Site:
If this is selected, it will show the list of all Sites (Site Name) in the 1st column.
