Introduction
If you want to share the leave calendar with different entities within JustLogin, this guide will show you what needs to be done. The same steps also apply in accessing Leave Reports from other entities. Please note that there are 3 parts to this guide and Part 1 needs SuperAdmin access level.
Part 1: Share Company Directory (SuperAdmin access needed)
Step 1: SuperAdmin needs to login to one of the accounts
Step 2: Click on your name and go to useradmin:
Step 3: Go to tab at the top
Step 4: Click on sub-tab
Step 5: Enter the company IDs of the rest of your accounts
Step 6: Click on in the lower right area of the page
Part 2: Company Setting (Leave Module Admin or SuperUser Access)
Step 1: Go to
Step 2: Click on The 1st tab you will be brought to is
Step 3: Scroll down, and look for
Step 4: Please choose the 1st option:
Step 5: Click on in the lower-right corner of the page
Part 3: Enable leave calendar sharing to other entities (Leave Module Admin or SuperUser Access)
Step 1: On, go to
Step 2: Look for the tab at the top
Step 3: Here, you will see the list of company IDs that were enabled in PART 1. Please put a tick beside the company IDs that you want to share the calendar with.
Step 4: Click on
NOTE: Parts 1-3 needs to be completed for each entity
Once all steps have been completed, you will be able to view the leave calendar of the other entities through:
WEB:
Go to Leave Dashboard, scroll down and click on Staff Calendar. You will see an additional field wherein you can choose to view the leave calendar for another entity from the dropdown options:
MOBILE:
Go to Leave Calendar>Staff Calendar> You will then be able to choose to view the leave calendar from the entities in the dropdown list
