I am unable to export/print reports in ePayroll. What could be the issue?

Can't even view the print/export button? Check out this FAQ.

Your internet browser may be blocking pop-ups from JustLogin. Customize your internet browser settings to avoid such issues.

For Chrome:

Right after clicking the print/export button, check the top right hand corner of the screen (For chrome), click the icon and select the option 'Always allow pop-ups from https://justlogin.com'. 

 After that, click finished.

Once this is done, try to export/print the report once more.

 

OR you can change the settings manually: 

Under Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Privacy > Content Settings >Pop-ups > Manage Exceptions, key in https://justlogin.com and for select ‘Allow’ for the Behaviour column.

   Close the whole browser, log in once more and then try to export/print the            reports again.

 

For Internet Explorer: 

Under Internet Options > Privacy > Pop-up Blocker Settings and key in https://justlogin.com for the address of website to allow.
